Vangtao SEZ's dry port planned

The government has granted permission for a local investor to carry out a feasibility study for the construction of a dry port in Vangtao Specific Economic Zone in Champassak province. The port, which is expected to cost US$15 million, is designed to improve logistics systems domestically and better link the land-locked country with the region.
